Roughtake: from concept to reality
Led the end-to-end design of Roughtake, defining the product vision, user experience, and visual system from concept. I managed the development process by translating product requirements into clear specs, coordinating with engineers, and guiding execution to ensure the shipped experience matched the design intent. I grew the base to 6,000 downloads within its first three months live.
USBank: s2triving in corporate banking
I lead and design collaborative workshops and design sprints that align cross-functional partners, facilitate research activities and shared "watch parties" to build empathy and insight, and translate findings into clear opportunity areas. I work closely with stakeholders and product teams to ideate early concepts, shape strategy, and ensure alignment from discovery through delivery. Creating and iterating on low- to high-fidelity prototypes, validating ideas through testing, and refining solutions that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals— 4 years of VP in design, doing alot.
Simplification: Information Architecture change
I lead ideation and the full process of updating the information architecture and design of an app. How do the feature elements need to be grouped, how will legacy users respond, how do we test the new IA? I had a hand in every stage of the product process, user interview to final design.
Updating SCRUFF v5-v6
An early project at Perry Street software was to design and product manage the creation of a new version of the app. Evaluate the state of SCRUFF, identify the opportunity areas, and prioritize the potential features and changes. I redesigned tested and delivered a full profile redesign.
