Competitive landscape evaluation
Taught about competitive analysis techniques and guided everyone in conducting a Heuristic analysis, feature analysis and "Favorite app” analysis.
Identifying the problems
I gave a presentation on Personas and how they were made. Each team chose a persona and proceeded with an How Might We exercise, followed by a Rose Thorn Bud workshop.
Features, scoping, wireframing oh my
The last two days were around feature design, scoping, and presenting the ideas and journey that each team went through. The output was 2 full presentations with full fleshed out ideas and prototypes.
